User Agreement Notice
These Terms govern your access to Curieka services, assessments, reports, and AI features provided by CURIEKA AI SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.
Curieka is an AI-enabled educational and cognitive-development platform designed for students between 8 and 18 years of age.
The Platform provides quizzes, assessments, subjective responses, cognitive profiles, AI-assisted evaluation, Cognitive Compass Reports (CCR), and educational feedback.
- "Curieka", "we", "our" or "us": CURIEKA AI SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.
- "Platform": Curieka website, web application, Android application, software, and services.
- "Student": Student (8–18 years) whose learning data is processed.
- "Parent/Guardian": Parent or lawful guardian authorized to act on behalf of a Student.
- "CCR" / "Cognitive Compass Report": Report generated from user interactions, assessment responses, and cognitive developmental metrics.
Curieka is intended for students between 8 and 18 years of age. Accounts for students must be created by a parent or lawful guardian.
